Description :
The machine is designed for final inspection of Car Suspension front Part. Equipped with auto and manual option on control panel HMI along with effective operator interface.

Description :
This project is a conversion of 40 years old Contactor Logic based Italy Make 630 Ton Power Pressing machine to PLC base. Using EDDY Current Drive (ECD) main drive IM motor (150HP) speed control achieved . SERVO drive & VFD are used for stamping coil feed control. Safety sensor, Over load protection, Air pressure, Motor Temperature, Lubrication oil pressure inter locks are effectively provided for safety and reliability.
