As a SS Engineer my responsible are:

Responsible for the monitoring of fire alarm system, access control system, public address system and CCTV system.

Responsible for the monitoring of control systems of the BMS controlled HVAC systems.

Configured and maintained more than 300 desktops &laptops (Dell, Lenovo and Hcl) and IBM servers.

Email account administration, i.e., account creation and management and distribution lists on Exchange 2013.

User account administration, i.e., account creation and management and password resets on Active Directory.
