Go-Kart (10/2019 – 01/2020)

Working on a designing and manufacturing of a Go-Kart using an engine of a bike. There are 20 members in the team and 4 departments. The task of the project is to work as a team to research, design and build the go kart, using sound engineering principals. The Go-Kart is of 150cc engine which. The project is running for 3 months. The main motive of the project is to gain the practical knowledge of automobile components and the working of those components. 3D-Modelling of Foot Step Bearing (09/2019 – 10/2019) Made a 3D model of foot step bearing with proper dimensions and details. Made each component of foot step bearing separately and assembled the parts.

TRAINING & WORKSHOPS

Bharat Heavy Electronics Limited (BHEL): Attended 4-week summer training at Bharat Heavy Electronics Limited

(BHEL), Bhopal. The training was about to learn the process of Manufacturing of large components such as Hydro- Turbine, Gas Turbine, Traction Motor, etc. The major part of training to learn about the manufacturing of the components and machines. It was the most effective study which has provided the Manufacturing knowledge. Automobile & Engine Mechanics Workshop: Attended 1-day workshop on Automobile and Engine Mechanics at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Delhi. The workshop was to study the parts of Four Stroke IC Engine of a bike and about the functioning of the same. It was the most effective aid in enabling the students to relate technical theory to practice.
