Interviewed and hired highly skilled test engineers. Prevented key-people leaving the project.

Promoted one of our teammates to QA Lead position who was fitting it the best. Migrated daily test runs form external vendor to in-house solution, which saved $80K customer's money per year.

Improved daily testing activities which reduced efforts needed for release activities in 10 times. Fixed most of integration test suite (80% of 800+ tests failing at the beginning) and migrated them to new mock server.
