I have 12+ years of Health Safety and Environment experience, including managing Occupational Safety in the Workplace.

I currently hold various HSE Certifications, including:

• National Examination Board Occupational Safety and Health International General Certificate UK (NEBOSH IGC);

• Technical Membership of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health UK (Tech- IOSH);

• Practitioner Status for Occupational Safety and Health Abu Dhabi (OSHAD). As you aware IOSH and NEBOSH are industry standard requirements for the modern HSE Professional. Currently, I am studying a Level 6 British Safety Council international Diploma in Occupational Safety and Health (BsciDipOSH). In the last 4 years that I have been with Eastern International I have been involved in managing various projects including the American Community School, Qasr Al Hosn Package 1,2 & 3, and Specialized Rehabilitation Hospital (SRH). Currently I am on Nudra Beach Villas, Plaza 30 and Al Ain Museum Package 1, building a

‘Zero Incidents’ culture using different Health Safety and Security Legislation Standards including British U.K. Safety (Health & Safety Executive), U.S. Safety (OSHA), UAE OSHAD standards which have been compliant with ISO (International Organisation for Standardization) 18001, 14001, 9001 and now the new 45001 standards. I have covered all types of safety management, putting primary focus on Grass Root Occupational and Workplace Awareness, incorporated in various High-Rise Buildings, Shopping Malls, Public Entertainment Areas, Demolition, Infrastructure, Commercial, Retail, and Construction/Fit out, and to this end have managed sites with ‘Minimal Lost Time’ incidents.

This is due to my proactive approach to team achievement through promoting leadership, training, recognizing effort and Safety and Health awareness which strengthens confidence in a positive team safety ethic and philosophy that helps a people-based safety culture for staff and public alike, and helps strengthen the Company brand. Throughout my career history I have always had a strong adaptable work ethic and have been a hardworking team player. Within my roles I have led and managed multi-national teams of Safety personnel from various multi-national backgrounds involved on projects incorporating a 'Hands On' approach to safety and security. I have the ability to build strong interpersonal working relationships, at all levels with the client, customers, contractors and colleagues.
