To whom it may concern,
As a long-term supporter of farmers markets and artisanal food stores, I would be very happy to apply for an open position in your store. I have some experience in both operating in a commercial kitchen environment, as well as in food sales through my experience at farmers markets.
In my experience in a kitchen environment, I have successfully performed food prep and proper sanitation procedures and ensured proper time management so as to meet schedules set by management without sacrificing quality of product. I believe that this experience would serve me well in contributing to your team. Additionally, my experience working with customers in a commercial setting has shown my ability to facilitate efficient transactions that increase customer satisfaction.
I have attached my résumé, which further details my skills and education. Please do not hesitate to reach out to me if you have any further questions or wish to speak to references, which can be provided. Thank you for your time and consideration. Have a great day.
Sincerely,
Liam Fris
