• Researching/designing for user experience solutions being implemented in heavily customized Salesforce applications. Work includes writing use cases, defining user workflows, designing low-fi and high-fi prototypes for stakeholders and crews all within fast-paced Agile development environment.

Senior Product Manager - Art.com

Jul 2005 – Nov 2017

• Designed and developed web application to track in-house quality assurance programs in U.S. and European production facilities.

• Directed team of photographers and digital artists who oversaw imaging of all products featured on websites.

• Worked with Art.com’s museum partners to color correct high-resolution images to ensure colors accurately represent original artwork.

• Developed digital painting process that could be implemented in a production environment. Trained team to execute process with customer-submitted photos.

Art Director - AllPosters.com

Oct 2000 – Jun 2005

• UI/UX design and coding of various aspects of AllPosters.com website including checkout process, product search pages, and product landing pages.

• Worked with Marketing to completely redesign AllPosters.com Affiliate Program website. Met with business owners to determine design requirements and presented UI/UX solutions before moving on to building final implementation of website.

• Lead team of designers to create marketing assets including online advertising banners, email campaigns, landing pages and print collateral such as catalogs and direct mail pieces.
