In charge of the technical process support in drawings machine and magnet wire plant. I developed the strategies to predictive and corrective maintenance program in magnet wire plant, leader of workshop utilities for extrusion lines and wire drawings machine. Responsible for the improvement strategies to develop new systems to extrusion lines and the development of refurbish methods for dies and tips for wire drawing lines.

Leader of improvement of the quality circle in magnet wire plant and wire drawings plant to reduce the copper scrap in 60% in one year and reduce the factory accidents in 3% rate in five years. This plant is considered the best scrap improved in the PDIC corporation. Awarded as the best improvement in accident reduction in PDIC corporation in 90 years. I was responsible with the Production leader in the maintenance of the production and quality goals in the magnet wire plant. Also accomplishing the increasing of production by 120%, 45 Tn per month to 120 Tn per month.( improvement machine layout plant and increase de speed machine )

In this period, I worked in cooperation with PDMW magnet wire, USA plant ( El Paso, Hopkinsville, and Monterrey, Mexico) for the increasing and optimization of processes to reduce the scrap in these plants. For two years I constantly visited the plants and customers in Mexico, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Colombia in order to improve the magnet wire products in final goads process. I worked in the design department in substation switchboard systems division. My job duties were focused in design products for the application in substation fields, and as part of the engineering staff I was also responsible for the manufacturing and installation of products in governments facilities and petroleum fields.
