Reporting to line manager, providing support to Altam network operation clients. Interacting and scaling with corporate support areas to: Portugal, India, Croatia, Brazil, China (R&D). Clients: In Plant of Nokia (Telefonica, Skype, easy2go and Megacable) 100K users. Responsibilities: To operate the cellular network: Core, IMS (voice). In charge of the integration, operation and maintenance of TELCO Cloud, within the Altan operator’s network. New client integration for the voice section for Altan network. IMS Solution Architect (Mobile & Fixed Networks)

TXM Global S.C. México April 2012 to December 2013 Reporting to the Customer Project Manager, leading a team of 10 national configuration engineers.

Responsible for being the technical support for the client about the Project deliverables. Interface between the customer and the engineering team about the specifications of the equipment. Internally exposed the scope of the IMS Project to the operation and maintenance and engineering areas of the client.

Results:

• Reduced Project implementation times by 10%, with the creation of weekly and monthly progress reports in the homologation of the IMS Project within the clients network.
