To create delivery notes, invoices, STO, etc through the SAP.

Download E-nagare schedules DI, NDI, through the Maruti Externet portal.

To prepare daily MIS reports.

To maintain 5S, FIFO in dispatch area.

To plan for dispatch according to Maruti ABOK.

To motivate workers for their works for work efficiency with Quality.

Controlling on in bond & out bond logistics with 100% utilization.

To maintain all check sheet on daily bases.

Insuring proper housekeeping on daily bases in dispatch area.

Proper coordination with team shift handover and takeover daily bases meetings (morning meeting and evening meeting) and discussing with all the problems and Gemba on problems and get solution.

To ensure timely DI entering in Maruti.

To ensure opening and closing stock for kanban dispatch.

STRENGHT

I work well under pressure, and I've never missed a deadline. One specific example that comes to mind is when I was asked to complete a project that a fellow colleague forgot about. My editor didn't realize this until two hours before the deadline.
