Road Closure Iron Man 2019

I volunteered at an iron man triathlon race where I was stationed at road closure station where I was clearing people from the road so they do not disturb the racers. Volunteer- Standard bank 5150 African Triathlon series 2019 I was a volunteer stationed at the transition station where we were helping racers transition from swimming to cycling, making sure they follow the right route and see their racing equipment. In my field of study communicating is very important because we work with people every day. During the time in pursuing my degree we have a lot of group work and I was selected as a group leader in most of the work we had because the group members saw that I was good at communicating to each and every one of them so we can work together as a team and when there was a problem or issue, I managed to communicate with the lecture well and maximised the productivity of the group.
