* It’s been 14 years when I start to join a cruise line. I learn a lot of things that made me stronger. As a waiter on a cruise ship, one of my job descriptions is to meet my weekly cruise revenue and the highest score of customer satisfaction. To achieve that communication and proper coaching to my assistant is one of the basic keys to building good teamwork. It is a challenge to work under pressure and confit myself to hundreds of my teammates that make sure you always on top of the situation.

* Wine knowledge? I took that opportunity and taking advantage of my company to know more about wine variety and region. Besides is free I’m able to try every single famous wine in the world pairing with food and luxury cheeses is called Premium wine tasting seminar. I was able also to visit two of the wine vineyard in Canada and Chile.
