1. Designing protein library for generating new binders with high affinity using Machine and Deep Learning

• Designing a library of proteins with stronger binding affinity using fitness score.

• Protein sequences were subjected to deep learning and Machine learning algorithms like K-nearest neighbor algorithms, Random Forest, SVM.

2. Machine Learning Techniques for Distracted Driver Detection:

• Various models were trained for the Kaggle State Farm Dataset to detect the distracted driver using image processing and Machine Learning techniques.

• The accuracy of models like CNN, VGG16, Random Forest, SVM, Decision Tree were compared.

• Pretrained model VGG16 gave the best results among the classifiers tested with 92% accuracy. 3. Human activity recognition using SLIM LSTMS:

• The activities recorded using the smartphone’s accelerometer and gyroscope in the dataset UCIHAR.

• Datapoints were segregated and recognized using neural network model as different classes of activities implemented using SLIM LSTMS and accuracy of 93% was attained.

4. 3D Map Generation using Stereoscopic and Photogrammetric techniques:

• Scope was to generate 3D structure of depth perspective of stereo images of the same point of view.

• Images were subjected to black matching, image pyramiding to get depth and to get 3D point cloud.
