Feb-Nov 2013 DOW with Accenture FI Manager

Project: PTP/Treasury FICO: Complex interfaces in the areas of tax, payments, workflows, in-house cash (IHC) & banks. Project involved enhancing of the Global Remittance Advice (RA), handling of global returned payments from the partner banks & addressing legal requirements within and outside of EU for Vendor correspondence for Turkey and VAT specific correspondence for Italy namely Autofattura and Intregrazione Payments.

● Managed, led and monitored the E2E Global process involving the interfaces, worked with the Business to facilitate the signoff of the requirements. Led the process of development of the functional and technical specs thru delivery.

● Managed team off and onshore to deliver proteo-types, demos as needed. Facilitated buy-in from stakeholder and managed the scope for on time delivery of a complex, sensitive and compliance driven deliverable. July 2011-Jan 2013 PA DOR with Accenture FI Manager FICA TRM Implementation
