Research data issues in SQL Server and Postgres databases. Work with Product Management to implement new problem management procedures using Salesforce. Ensure that Data Analytics problem management procedures are in line with other products and meet the standards for executive reporting.

APPLICATION PROGRAMMER V TEK SYSTEMS – ONSITE AT BANK OF AMERICA 07/2019 – 02/2020 Member of Bank of America’s test data management team. Responsibilities include provisioning and managing test data for multiple testing teams and assisting with general data related needs of these teams. Writing stored procedures (SQL Server) to enhance test environments and allow testers more self-service capability.
