Conducted daily quality clinic meetings to analyze non- conforming parts and determine corrective and preventative actions to resolved re-occurring manufacturing issues.
Established scrap process for non-conforming parts in order to clear inventory space and prepare for annual audit.
Collected data based on non-conformances generated from different areas in the plant to create KPI’s and reports.
Reviewed in-process manufacturing drawings to ensure intended design was accurately captured.
Identified components for $1M savings initiative by aiding strategic sourcing project engineers with data analysis. Aug. 2018– Apr. 2019
Program Manager • Avion Technologies Inc. • Mississauga, ON
Managed multiple medium to large scale projects for aerospace clients such as Boeing, MDA and Arnprior Aerospace.
Ensured customer demands were met by preparing machine schedules for production and solving manufacturing issues as they arose.
Managed cross functional teams including third party vendors and department managers to achieve project milestones.
Assisted with allocating budget for projects and compiling BOM’s to monitor project costs.
Improved current manufacturing methods for high demand parts by reducing operation time by 50%.
Responsible for maintaining customer on time delivery metrics at or greater than 92%.
Compiled project timelines and costs using spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.
Prepared technical drawings and design concepts for production using Solidworks.

Designed a simplistic mechanical leg prosthesis as capstone project for those in developing countries and requires minimal parts and material.
Programmed a UI to automatically adjust size of each component based on the user’s height and weight.
Used Matlab and Solidworks to conduct finite element analysis on the foot to ensure adequate safety factor throughout the gait cycle.
Assembled a functional prototype using 3D printing technology. VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE
Visited the Christian Medical College in India to present capstone project to the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.
My design will be tested in future once they establish 3D printing technology at the hospital.
Met with several patients and witnessed process for measuring and manufacturing the socket for the leg.
