Area Engineer, Midkiff Endeavor

Responsible for Tank Battery, Pipelines, and Facilities Engineering and Construction for the Midkiff Endeavor Area. Managed multiple concurrent Design and Build Capital and Maintenance projects from concept through close out. Performed hydraulic calculation for sizing gas, oil, and emulsion pipelines. Responsible for Basis of Design; Scope, Schedule and Budget. Prepared project cost estimates. Created Authorization for Expenditure (AFE); and Bill of Materials. Project Manager for multiple, concurrent capital and expense projects for Facilities, Products and Crude Storage Terminals, DOT and non-DOT pipelines, and remote storage tank stations.

Typical Projects:

Project Manager of Fit-for-Purpose, Ready-for-Construction Drawings, Specifications, and Bid Documents for a new API 12f crude petroleum Storage Tank Farm in New Mexico. Managed Construction from Management of Change through commissioning and handover to Operations.

Served as Project Manager and Engineering and Construction expert for procurement and installation of multiple API Tank, Pipelines and Infrastructure projects including pumps, PLC and Controls, and tie-ins to
