As an insurance agency, required to maintain documentation of all communications, operations, and appointments for years, there was a lot of content to move.

Implemented a cutover migration from Microsoft Exchange 2010 to Exchange Online/Office 365, configuring Skype-for-Business for unified communications (UC).
