I am currently a Texas A&M University Senior living in Galveston working towards my undergraduate degree in Marine Engineering Technology with a minor in Maritime Administration.

I hold a current TSA - TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Card) and I am planning to take the FE exam in Spring’21.

May 2020- August 2020

Port Freeport: Freeport, TX

Internship- Full-time intern assisting Port Operations staff with ship scheduling, ship organization via agencies, and budget/future ship arrival projections via current statistics. Shadowed Gantry Crane crew during maintenance days on ZPMC Gantry Cranes. Shadowed Engineering department during day-to-day Port Engineering Operations. Interviewed CEO and CFO on broad oversight of the Port’s future with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to expand the port. Spoke to Customs and Border Protection on CBP influence in the port.

oInternship- Full-time intern assisting members of staff including the CEO with AutoCAD projects, sales calls, and data entry. Shadowed Inventory Manager & Production Manager to view container life cycle & requirements for seaworthy and modified containers.
