- Successfully led the design of several communications strategies which impact was visible in the media treatments (tightly monitored on a daily basis)

- Led a team of 35 and managed to create a climate of collaboration and trust among the team members

HEAD OF EDUCATIONAL COMMUNICATION AND CULTURAL PROMOTION UNIT

- Established educational communication strategies that helped a better understanding of the bank's missions and decisions

- Ensured contact and exchange with key partners such as the IMF, ministries, foreign central banks...

- Lead the team that was in charge of designing a comprehensive communication strategy about Morocco’s reform of the exchange rate regime and supervised its deployment on the ground. While the project had several dimensions, I am particularly proud of the design and production of two episodes of a multilingual educational video series aimed at the general public called “Let me Know” that successfully managed to address most of the challenges and has been viewed more than 200,000 times on several social platforms.
