This project involved high quality software releases that are delivered across the suite of Cox Business order management systems (CB Force, OPTIX, WATTs, CORE, SERV). Responsibilities:

● Execute test cases for CB Force, OPTIX, WATTs, CORE, SERV releases to certify major and minor software releases.

● Work closely with business analysts, admins, release planning and Technology to identify, confirm and document application defects and potential enhancements

● Develop test plans and provide key input to test strategies for complex enhancements.

● Team with Technology and Cox Business SMEs to create and document regression test cases for CB Force, OPTIX, WATTs, CORE, SERV to exercise core business functionality as part of QA phases.

● Develop subject matter expertise utilizing JIRA to effectively document, execute, track and report test execution status and defects for CB software releases

This project involved Advance Store Point of Sale Application consisting of several modules and sub-modules in which I verified/validated different functionalities and validated the data against the database.

Responsibilities:
