The main objective of this project is to detect the gas leakage by gas sensor. In order to prevent the accident due to gas leakage, the alarm will be triggered once the leakage is detected.

Project Description:

The project optimized the three cutting parameters such as cutting speed, feed rate and depth of cut to obtain better surface for EN8 rod material. In addition to this, it increase the tool life and reduces the machining time and wear rate of the tool.
