WORK EXPERIENCE

Digital transformation of Broadridge’s wealth management platform and integration with one of the global financial institution (UBS).

COTS implementation for after-market parts information management project, MVP phase with Volvo Trucks, to establish test team, test strategy and tool analysis. This product will act as a central repository of information for the enterprise integrations.

Established Agile processes through tools like Agile Central and work on key implementation, training and roll out plans for pilot project. Work with global teams and represent software QA for the project stakeholder and work on project management when need be are few of the areas of my proficiency alongside technology.

Enterprise ESignature Service, vendor product implementation through JAVA micro-service architecture for document acceptance and esigning, establishing shared service for leveraging eSignatures across multiple business units. The interface is with the electronic content management repository in two ways: (1) Leveraging Vendor’s Web User Interface (2) Integrated with Core Banking Systems via APIs and SDKs.

Key player in learning the transformation of a plain form to a digital signature enabled form using the vendor formats and implement for the in-house eSignature project adopted bank wide. Extensive use of text tags/Adobe Form Fields option for the source application to generate the signature blocks for the receiving clients.

Acquired training in new developments using open source tools like Selenium, Cucumber etc., help me understand the working knowledge and implementation for future changing needs.

QA Manager for a project portfolio has 4 major applications namely, Retail Online Account Opening, Business Online Account Opening, Credit Card Online Account Opening & E-lending and each further branch out to at least 20+ sub-applications. Testing of business rules that third party services use for online account approvals, BPM tool testing for the Pega workflows, Mainframe & DB testing are some of the key features.

Senior UAT Analyst, Online Channel responsible for BB&T’s Online experience and has the business ownership of the Internet (BBT.com) and Intranet (InSite). Web maintenance requests form the most important part of Online Channel Maintenance and the scope of this project is limited to providing web maintenance services for High, Medium and Low Priority requests with fast delivery and test in production environments.

Testing and subject matter expert in Manual UW a re-engineering Project for an existing Client/Server application called MASS. This project intended to develop an Underwriting application for Insurance Institutional Small Market Group for rating and selling Plans of different Coverage’s of LIFE, Disability and Dental products. Current Phase of the project will support rating for 10 – 1000 Lives. Manual UW is a web-based application that embedded into EZ Service Portal. Users of this application are Home Office & Field Office Underwriters.

NON GUI testing of Sales and Distribution Services (SDS) is a repository of services deployed in Web Methods platform that orchestrates the service calls from different consuming applications like Sales Radar (SR), GBR, DQS, Sales Support and UWP. Business Level Services (BLS) invokes multiple atomic web services based on the business needs. These atomic services built on top of various data repositories like Golden Broker Repository (GBR) and Sales Radar. BLS provides a service orchestration for various atomic services.

Major Server migration testing of SmartApp suite of applications that provides new business processing capability for Annuity Administration group and reporting features for Home office employees and agents of different franchises. This Client Acquisition System is available on the Intranet and Internet versions for Home office and Field office respectively-

Automation project involved the preparation of Test Data for the various downstream systems. Since this application is a client acquisition system all the test data created were contracts. It also involved the merge of the insurance products. These entire processes of creating contracts automated using Winrunner and QTP thus reducing the manual intervention and manual errors.
