Job Responsibilities:

Planning, Evaluation of Drawings, Co-Ordinate with contractor and Client Consultant, Quality Control, installing, testing, commissioning and Maintenance of the following LV systems and ELV Systems for Wadi Al-Hada Residential compound Project.

To review Design Consultant IFC Drawings & Specifications with response systems & floor layouts design information and raise discrepancies systems and Co-Ordination ahead of Electrical Subcontractors.

Supervising the sub-contractors work & simultaneously preparing the As-Built on as per Site Conditions.

To ensure that the work carried out on site is in compliance with the approved drawings, Specification requirements and the quality management system.

Inspect completed installations and observe operations, to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards.

To avoid delays in work and take necessary action to solve the problems.

To ensure that safety is practiced on site.

Prepare weekly/monthly report & attend weekly meetings with Construction Engineer.

Highlights:

Co-ordination and follow-ups of inspections with Consultants for obtaining approvals for works executed as per approved drawings and method statements,

Co-ordinate with QA/QC to acknowledge whether the ongoing work is being done following the industry standards.
