Point of escalation for the customers on quality issues or concerns.
Manage the corrective action investigation and implementation in timely manner
Manage responses on various customer portals and escalate issues with management ahead of time
Brief senior management on the customer concerns and provide possible solutions
Monitor and present the departmental KPI (COQ, PPM, IPPM, Field Failures, Containment events, Internal & External audit results) to the CEO and GM in monthly business review meetings
