Provide all regulatory reporting to EPA, state, local municipalities and first departments for hazardous chemicals. Obtain air permit applications and other mandatory documents for posting at the cell sites and to the engineering databases. Organize and rebuild accident/injury reporting structure and worker’s compensation reporting and follow-up format.
Orchestrated and accountable for annual EPCRA, Tier II (EPA) regulatory reporting of hazardous chemicals which included working with regulatory contractor, ensuring reports were submitted by deadline and advanced filing fees were submitted to state/local municipalities in a timely manner.
