SUMMARY

In my short time at Cayuga Community College, or CCC, I had quickly risen the ranks of a person of interest and influence-- especially within the School of Media and the Arts wing-- as one of the Editors-in-Chief of the paper and as one of the active members of the SOMA community.

At Wells College, I continued my academic studies and did a very successful online internship with College Fashionista as a writer and photographer to further my experience in media writing and editing.

At USC, I pushed myself to further my studies in media writing, and expanded my skill set into a more administrative role as a teaching and research assistant. EXPERIENCE

I began working for the Collegian for a Journalism class, but the advisor quickly put me in a paid position as Associate Editor-in-Chief when the class was over. I was then promoted to Editor-in-Chief after only one semester, and went on to win first place in the American Scholastic Press Association’s Scholastic Newspaper Awards.
