Working as Associate IT Architect in National University of Singapore.

Part of Digital Workspace End user computing team.
Implementing and managing the Digital Workspace component in NUS
Planning and performing the changes according to NUS change management process

VMware Workspace ONE UEM and Access [4000 users]
NUS is using vmware Workspace ONE UEM and Access technology for managing mobile and BYOD devices.
As part of team worked with VMware PSO and solution architect team to design and implement the MDM solution in NUS.
Infra Details:
1.Workspace ONE UEM vmware SAAS hosting (Airwatch)
2.Workspace ONE ACCESS vmware SAAS hosting (VIDM)
3.Airwatch and VIDM connector ON Prem hosting
4.Airwatch Tunnel ON Prem hosting
Initially Airwatch and VIDM infra was on prem worked with, Worked with vmware PSO team to plan and design migration of infra from ON-Prem to vmware SAAS.
Design and implement Enrolment methods and authentication policies.
Creating security and compliance policies for Enrol devices.
Hosting web apps and native applications and pushing on devices as and when needed.
Creating and hosting webinars for the user to encourage to use the Airwatch technology.
Planning and creating different authentication policies for internal, external, mobile device, website users in workspace ONE Access.
Working with vmware Support for issues.
Planning and performing the upgrade of UEM and Access SAAS tenant and ON-Prem components.
VMware Horizon View VDI Infra [around 5000 users
NUS using vmware horizon VDI infra for staff [4000 users] for LAB [1000 students]
Managing floating desktops for staff and students.
Guiding and helping L1 and L2 engineers for monthly patching and new image rollout in case of requirement.
Capturing and managing the app-stacks as per project requirement.
Configuring User environment policies as per requirement for profile and folder redirection.
Managing and helping the vendor team who supports end users for day to day issues.
