JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN FOCAL MERCHANDISING INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED:

• Attending job explanation meeting with client, preparing bill of quantity and estimating project cost, developing project scope required for installation. Coordinating with project team and vendor/third parties for the flawless execution of projects.

• Developing project schedule and getting approval from client. Tracking the projects on regular basis and making sure the project completes on time without any delay. Conducting regular inspection and making sure the project is executed as per scope/drawing.

• Analysing and proposing improvement activities and new projects.

• Making sure the maintenance team is doing proper maintenance and Making sure the continuous supply of Power, Chiller, Airconditioner, Airsupply, Water to plant operations.

• Estimating new project supply and installation cost based on allocated OPEX and CAPEX budget.

• Evaluating contractors, finalising scope, drawings, specifications, and project schedule.

• Supervising the project and Making sure the project starts/completed on time with good quality as per the submitted scope/schedule without any EHS violation. JOBS AND RESPONSIBILITIES IN DAR AL RIYADH:

Pre-Startup Activities

• Understanding the project scope, attending kickoff meeting and doing site visits. Preparing Bill of quantity.

• Developing sow, Technical Submittals, preparing design documents, control wiring, Cable schedule, Piping and Instrumentation drawings.

• Preparing project scheduling in MS office projects, risk assessment and construction safety manual for submittal and approval as per client requirements and company standards.

• Project coordination with client / consultant and getting approval in Engineering drawings and design. On Field Activities

• Attending minutes of meeting with client, providing daily work progress report with planned activity for the next day. Supervising a group of man power and execute the job as per the scope without any safety flaws and errors.

• Installing filed instruments like Level transmitters, Flow meters, Level switches, Vibration detectors, MST’s, PT’s and Analyzers. Apart from instrumentation projects, handled various mechanical and electrical projects (Cooling tower installation and Transformer installation).

• Final document submittal, which includes work permits, inspection approvals, red markup drawings, commissioning reports.

MAINTENANCE / CALIBRATION:

• Done preventive maintenance and annual maintenance for the instruments like Level transmitters, Flow meters, Gas detectors, Level switches, Vibration Detectors, PT, Analyzers, Siren systems.

3. Installation and Commissioning Two Numbers of SPX Cooling Tower at Cristal. 4. Installation and Commissioning Twenty Fixed Honeywell H2S Gas Detectors at Aramco Contractor Park.
