Responsible for handling emergency plant operations including block out, tripping etc.

Monitoring and Recording of daily generation report.

Checking of start permissive and trip logic of Boiler auxiliaries.

Inspection of equipment’s as per P&I Drawing.

To follow SOPs for all equipment / process operations.

Daily make report of Plant Load factor, Aux power consumption, Heat rate, Boiler efficiency

Key Responsibilities as a commissioning engineer:

Successfully completed COD.

Checking of start permissive and trip logic of Turbine auxiliaries.

Actively involved in chemical cleaning & steam blowing.
