After graduating with a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, I plan on using the material I learned as well as my passion for sports and recreation to contribute greatly to the industry. Using my strong communication skills, I will excel for the company. I am a Mexican-American fluent in both Spanish and English allowing for more diverse clients and communications. My leadership skills are demonstrated by my key roles with captaining my university soccer team, supervising counselors, and directing events at several different park districts.
