AUGUST 2019 to current: Administrative Assistant Vital Core Health Services (medical group within the prison.) Report directly to Health Service Administrator (HSA). Schedule all appointment and transportation for offenders to outside appointments. Notify all department that are involved in movement. Enter all offenders medical information into offenders files. Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing system for records, correspondence, and other material to ensure efficient retrieval.
