PERSONAL PROJECTS

RASPB TV (Using: Raspberry Pi 3B+, OpenVPN, HTTP/SSL Proxy Interception,

Python, Flask, Kodi) (May 2020)

Built a system with Raspberry Pi connected to the television that acts as a

Set Top Box to

stream HD TV channels. Reverse-engineered Android TV apps like Jio TV

and Airtel TV to

fetch the stream links for TV channels.

Created a IPTV M3U playlist for Kodi that updates every half hour since the

stream links are

dynamic and associated with a token which changes constantly. A Flask

application constantly

scrapes the source token and updates the playlist.

Built an IR remote for Kodi using HX-1838 IR sensor for Raspberry Pi so

that channels can be

changed using a traditional IR remote instead of using a

mouse/keyboard

data packets with a check

saying that the packet is reached.
