Dissertation: Design and analysis of a novel test rig with high speed system for cavitational studies. The main aim of the project is to design a test rig and analyze the fluid flow in a high-speed system for change in pressure gradient using SIMSCALE, for the cavitational study to be performed. Dissertation: Friction surfacing of dissimilar metals, aim of the project is to perform friction surfacing of two dissimilar metals, Titanium and Steel, and critically analyze the properties of the metal due to the surfacing.

Mini-Project: Optimization of 6-Speed constant mesh gearbox, in this project economical and sublime performance of a vehicle during the gear shift has been achieved. Sensor introduction has also been proposed for better gear shift during the critical performance of the vehicle. TECHINICAL SKILLS

Designing and Drafting of 2D models in Autocad as layouts for 3D models and work with prespective.

Proficient skill in CATIA and Solidworks for 3-D modelling and assembly. Designed the novel test rig for the dissertation work. Designed and analyzed vibration system for the coursework of Noise, Vibration and Harshness.

Developed a hybrid vehicle by using GT drive and analyzed the emission control for the vehicle for European drive cycle and generated a new drive cycle applied to the vehicle. Provided solution for reducing the emission.

Designed and analyzed a vibrating system to restrict vibrations by an absorber using ANSYS both experimentally and numerically on behalf of the coursework of Noise, Vibration and Harshness. On behalf of the same module the vehicle chassis is analyzed for reducing the vibrations and harshness inside the chassis.

Co-ordinated as the team lead for the final year project, motivated them and able to achieve the objectives precisely.

Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint for the documentation of reports and assignments.
