Objective
-To monitor, measure and control the policy administration processes and procedures in adherence to company policies and regulations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
-To deal with all escalated policy administration matters outside the staff mandate.
-To adjust and retain current policies.
-To monitor on a monthly basis that cash and debit policies are allocated correctly and the processing of refunds are done correctly.
-Acting as a central information source by maintaining and distributing policies, procedures and forms.
-Making sure that each claim is dealt with correctly, communicating with the claimant and providing guidance, ensuring the claim is genuine and making sure the client receives a fair settlement.
-Email scanned successful application forms to new business department.
-Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
-Ensure operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs.
-Maintain computer and manual filing systems.
-Take accurate minutes of meetings.
-Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquirers.
-Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues.
-To capture all data collected from junior administrators and submit to the supervisor.
-To help make the insurance process more effective and simplified.
-Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
-Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions
-Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook.
-Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Organizing the hospitality requirements for management meetings and presentations.
-Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
