Scrum Master

Project: Digital and Customer Products - JetBlue Web Application and Mobile Application features like Payment Card Industry, Fare Options, NEO LD, Cash+Points, Extras, Bookings and Payments on Google Cloud Platform.

Roles and responsibilities

Facilitate Backlog Grooming, Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Demo/Review and Retrospectives on a 2-week cadence.

Responsible for coaching 1 Kanban Team and 3 scrum teams consisting of 17 geographically distributed team members in each team to build better software and achieve faster time to market using Agile Methodologies.

Our teams consist of 24 members where 14 are from offshore and 10 are present onsite.

Monitor and tracked progress, prepared status reports, resolved conflicts/issues, coordinated tasks and activities directed towards completing the project goals.
