· Inspired, cajoled and pushed staff including art director and managing editor into transforming 25-year-old Colorado Business Magazine into the nationally recognized ColoradoBiz. Turned magazine around with a fresh conception, format and design. Developed editorial plan to incorporate the new strategic thrust of the magazine, providing a tool for editorial staff, freelancers and salespeople. Positive results included increased revenues, circulation and single-copy sales.
