Software Development & Support Manager, August 2015 – March 2020 Provided daily support, performance, and development for 17 applications, including some tier 1 applications that required immediate response to issues to keep business up and running. Managed 3rd party authorizations and settlement (SLAs) for stores, websites and mobile. Cultivated an engaged team in multiple locations including offshore.

Drove company-wide PCI batch process to securely convert primary account numbers

(PAN). These consisted of over 14,000 files a week, with files containing as many as 33M records.

Partnered with 3rd party authorization business owner to analyze processing charges, facilitating enhancements that saved the company $7 million in annual service charges.

Assessed support needs and created a dashboard for accurate and timely information on processing of PCI files. This became a fundamental tool for both business and the help desk for processing information and updates, significantly decreasing the amount of research needed for resolving issues and proactively providing updates on processing.

Stabilized and enhanced the test system used by over 80 developers that supported multiple releases a year. Delivered full automation on all de-identification of data as well as all batch processing. Allowing credit to test new features as well as deliver a more robust regression testing for the business.

Overhauled and deployed company-wide defect support model, eliminating wasted time working on redundant issues and enabling smoother uninterrupted processing.

Integrated larger fixes into releases, allowing for more comprehensive testing and a smoother transition for the business.
