Within delegated an authority, authorized product recalls, and acceptance or rejection of products for shipment to the customer. Conducted evaluations of new and recurring quality problems in production, or identified through inspection or customer complaints. Recommended and implemented corrective action and monitored to ensure consistent product quality and defect-free product Implemented and ensured that safety systems are in place, known, and utilized by assigned personnel resulting in an accident-freeworkplace. Ensured the quality control for the incoming materials and components and developed the supplier qualification process to enable the reaching of high-quality standards. Performed regular vendor evaluations. Ensured the quality control of the manufacturing processes according to international standards and internal procedures.
Inspected powder coating thickness to ensure that the thickness is maintained as per the customer require.
Preparing report on each product that they manufacture like dimension report, powder coating report, titration report, specification report & check list & need to be send to the customer.
Every day need to do titration for the pre-treatment tank for maintaining of bath solution to have effective process for better quality Need to do mechanical testing on one product from each batch.
Need to inspect each product before packing to ensure that all joint is properly match, All screw & nut are tight enough & then all product should be free from dust
& scratches
