Development of a model to evaluate exhaust emissions and fuel consumption of road vehicles

The purview of this thesis is to monitor air quality in urban areas through integrating the data consulting to road vehicle emission factors under real driving conditions and the model we have developed.

The model was developed in Microsoft excel and applied to three differently polluted cities in India.

Among the three cities, Delhi was evaluated as the most affected city by road vehicles.
