As an Executive Shift Incharge;

Take over charge of shift from the previous shift and handing over of the same to next shift. Operate / take on-line necessary action for smooth running of the plant. DCS Operations& Maintenance–20 TPH AFBC Boiler pressure 64 kg /cmsq at 485+/-5 C

As 6 MW turbine & its auxiliaries working as operating thermal power plant maintaining the various parameters to the smooth and efficient running of the plant like pressure, temperature, flow, level.

*start up of equipment in safe and systematic manner watch the equipment is running under safe condition. Adjust the different inputs like fuel, air, water makeup to match the electrical output if the unit. Rolling of Turbine& its auxiliaries working as operating, coordinate control room and plant operation procedures. Start andstop the plant.

*Carry out routine checks on the plant. Implement authorized procedures under the safety rules. Assist to restord shift team across a wide range of duties. Maintain shift operation records and produce reports of plant operation.

*Carry out Daily Thermal calculations involving Boiler efficiency, Turbine efficiency heat rate. Observing various parameter of DM plant like pH. Conductivity, silica, GCVetc

*Keep watching upon coal feed to Boiler & coal management involving coal storage, coal blending & coal laboratory test.

*Carry out maintenance of power plant viz. Preventive & Breakdown maintenance.

* Involvment in Annual shutdown works of Power plant.

*Manage the manpower as per planning.
