REPL Group (Americas) EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT Oct 2019 to May 2020
Led all aspects of transformation of Americas entity to provide solid basis for future sale. Developed and implemented Go To Market approach including selection, design and implementation of a global CRM, design and implementation of sales processes and associated training. Designed and launched service portfolio based on customer journey mapping and target process areas. Designed and implemented operation procedures to support sales, recruitment, people development, knowledge management and collaboration. Ensured Americas entity was compliant with all relevant federal and state statutes.
Genpact (Global) GENOME PROGRAM DIRECTOR AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT MASTER GURU Sep 2018 to Jun 2019
Led the development and implementation of the Genome global transformational and reskilling initiative successfully rolled out to over 82,000 staff within six months of initiation, comprising over 10,000 hours of learning content. Led the development of the Genome Master Guru network comprising over 60 key skills including creation of the program Management Master Guru network.

Managed global consulting business spanning RPA, ML, AI, Blockchain, analytics, and digital transformation. Developed front, middle, and back office consulting capability across people, process, and technology, including SOPs, career path, learning and development, recruitment, knowledge management, new services, and go to market. Synchronized across globe go to market for top 70 accounts, recruitment, account penetration sale training, coaching and mentoring of digital partner group.

C-Suite Consultants LLC (London & Washington DC) FOUNDER AND CEO May 2016 to Jun 2017
Due to a 1 year non-compete, Jon reactivated C-Suite Consultants in 2016 with a focus on “Strategic Execution” – assisting business translating their strategy into reality through complex program delivery and generated revenue of more than $1M within first twelve months. Sold and delivered complex transformation programs as well as ran all aspects of LLC business operations.
Organized and led digital transformation program with the budget of more than $100M.

Jon led a number of external and internal programs ranging from Post Merger Integration/Divestment through Strategic Execution as well as implementing the Stanford Advanced Program Management training he adopted within Cognizant. In addition to delivery and independent review of assignments, he created the infrastructure to deliver complex, multi-faceted engagements through the development of a suite of services ranging from master scheduling through onshore/offshore PMO, PMOAAS (PMO as a service) and a variety of diagnostic tools to assess and enhance project and program delivery.

In 2009 Jon set up an independent consulting firm due to a one year non-compete restriction. He ran a number of assignments including a Post-Merger Integration for a Global Investment Bank. This was a $multi million program with over 130 full time staff and 250 part time staff where Jon had full accountability to deliver the aggressive timescales including program mobilization, PMO creation and leadership of the PMI. The outcome of this program was successful separation and integration 3 months ahead of target and 15% under budget.

Transferred to US and created business transformation group comprising project management, organizational change and process change including service development, TNA/training and toolset creation to support complex delivery. Partner in Charge of US state energy market transformation program to a shared services model with >$300M budget. Part of a team establishing a major new government purchase to pay portal to run >$20B of transactions on an annual basis Ran several strategic reviews of blue chip firms resulting in significant transformation of sales, marketing and operations to deliver substantial ROI and increase in SHV. Supervised multiple assignments across financial, services telecoms, government, utilities and finance sectors in North America and Europe resulting in significant ROI and SHV enhancement.

Program Director of a “bricks and clicks” business for a UK energy firm. Director of a Program to build a world class intranet and internet for a global utility firm. Program Director of a global e-presence, multilingual, multi-country reengineering program that has had a dramatic improvement on brand and perception in the market as well as reducing costs by 50%. Saved multi-million $ amount for a UK Top 100 firm through expert witness testimony for a program failure resulting in significant increase in shareholder value. Created User Experience group, Quality Review approach and large-scale program mobilization and PMO services.

Recruited to set up the UK operations of the business from scratch. Led all aspects of the business from analyst presentations, to office creation, recruitment, sales, marketing and finance.
