Role & Responsibility:-

ESP SIDE ;9(back filter cleaning and hopper cleaning)

Arrangement of safety induction program for every shutdown person which are come to working in plant.

Arrangement of all equipments used in side like, ( ceiling, dicycle, wire brush, rope, pully,hook, weighing Machine, Nozzle, Air Pressure Pipe)

First priority working on side providing PPE

Supervisee the back filter ( FF), those are divided in four parts ( Agra, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata).

Spring out the bags from hopper and check it weight (4.60 to 4.80 Kg)

Overall cleaning bags with minimum damage & minimum damage of cages outside safely .

After cleaning bags check weight ( 2.50 to 2.60 Kg).

Handling manpower with full dedication with zero Accident.

Seen the damper ( outlet /inlet), buffer plate, valves, gates, Gasket

Empty the hopper clearly with no harmful causes.
