Automatic Drainage Cleaning System:

DESCRIPTION: - In this project, I was working with my team members to optimize the problem of drainage cleaning. This project is about replacing the manual work in drainage cleaning by automated system. Now a day, automation plays a vital role in all industrial applications. Drainage pipes are being used for the disposal unfortunately sometimes there may be loss of human life while cleaning the blockage in the drainage pipes. In order to overcome the problems in manual drain cleaning, we are implementing “AUTOMATIC DRAINAGE CLEANING SYSTEM”, to clean and control the drainage level.

Working as a production assistant in Abhijeet indust. Pvt ltd Ahmedabad.

Setup injection moulding process, system and automation equipment.

Improve the moulding process to reduce cost.

Interact with the maintenance and engineering group to help troubleshoot injection system, develop preventive maintenance program.

Constantly maintain safety precautions and procedures to maintain a safe work area.

Prepare OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) report and perform deep analysis about rejections.

Implement 5s procedure in plant.

Motivates each and every employee to perform kaizen.

Daily analysis about total rejection parts and try to reduce total no. of rejections.
