We are VAT agents for online companies, mainly assisting them in registering to pay VAT in order to sell in different EU countries via Amazon or their own selling platforms. We ensure that these companies are complying to the VAT registration regulations and requirements set out by the different EU tax offices. This also entails a lot of communication between us and our clients, and between us and the different EU tax offices.

Worked at a Canada VISA Application Centre where I assisted people with their Canadian Visa applications. Ensuring that they have the correct documentation and that they are applying for the correct visa based on their purpose of visit. This also entailed capturing the applicant’s information and biometrics on the Canadian Government Portal before handing over the applications and passports to the Canadian High Commission for the final decision.

I worked on the 2 most important and fast paced shows on daytime radio
(the breakfast and drive shows) as a news reader, writer and co-host. This is where I learned everything I know about broadcasting and writing. I had to research and compile my own news bulletins before going on air and this contributed greatly to my writing abilities today. This was also a great part of my Work Integrated Learning (WIL).
