Conduct New Product Feasibility study along with CFT
RFQ Handling and Prepare the basic cost sheet for New Product (ex: Threaded Fasteners, Pop Nuts etc.)
Preparing for Team Feasibility, Rick Analysis, Tech Review and RFQ information Sheet.
Making Part drawings as per customer drawing/international standards (ex: ISO, JIS etc)
Prepare process stage Drawing to compile with CSR, GD&T Standard (ASME Y14.5M-1994).
Prepare stage drawings for inhouse manufacturing Process.
Making Threaded Fasteners Tool design for cold Forging using Auto CAD 2D software.
Apply the GD&T in the Tool design and selection of tooling materials.
Tool BOM making.
NPD documents release to concern teams.
Involve and learn cold forging process during NPD part development.
Coordinating New product development activities along with CFT.
Selection of material as per ISO standard & Heat treatment.
Handling measuring equipment’s (Ex: Vernier, Micrometer & VMS) to evaluate the NPD parts during development.
Extend engineering support & Point out Customer Specific Requirement to suppliers. Experience at Sandfits Foundries Pvt Ltd
