Regularly and pro-actively update project progress with sub-contractors, other department counterparts to facilitate project scope and schedule requirements. Evaluation of subcontract work progress and claims.

Drives alignment with Procurement & Supply Chain Management (PSCM) on contractor selection and performance management, leverages local, national and global contract strategy.

Interface and regularly meet with client and vendor representatives, conduct internal staff meetings, ensure the progress of project in accordance to schedule, allotted man hours and budgeted costs. Coordinate with projects, engineering, and procurement departments on schedule related issues.

Prepare dedicated Micro Schedules for subcontractors in line with Baseline programme and Contract Milestones.

Responsible for providing project updates and manpower estimates to the concerned management representatives as and when required.

Preparation of resource/cost loaded Project Baseline Schedule from scratch and getting them approved by the clients.

Review, Validate and Endorse Sub-Contractor submitted Planning Package including Execution Programme/Recovery Plans, Resource Plan, and progress measurement and reporting system to ensure that a proper system is in place for effective project control and in compliance with contractual requirements.

Preparation of cost / time impact studies on variations to project to determine whether the claim is warranted in conjunction with the project Manager and Quantity surveyor. Review and assess Contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims using international norms and time impact analysis processes.

Works with the Construction Manager / Engineering Manager and / or the Project Coordinator to ensure that material take off (MTO), Material Requisition’s (MR’s) are generated in line with schedule requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and generate comparison reports between Plan and Actual progress and ensure project profitability is achieved.

Attending all Site Progress Meetings with Consultants / Clients and to submit required pre-meetings' submittals as per the Main Contract Document.

Scheduling the work in SAP according to the schedule and allocating the resource

Responsible for collecting the site issues causing hamper to the progress and resolving the same in a chain with site management to avoid delays.

Material procurement takes off, assigning subcontractors for specialized works & attends regular meetings with team members involved in the project.

Coordination with multi-discipline engineers related to Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning progress monitoring, holdups, delay analysis & identification of an area of concerns to ensure smooth interdisciplinary operations.

Project management like scheduling tasks, resource planning, progress monitoring, implementation and execution

Conducting project progress meetings by projecting progress as per plan, the gap and recovery plan.

Analyzing project baseline vs actual and look ahead periodically for the projects and highlighting to management
