Allocation of right of the way to the contractors site. Regular monitoring of route i.e. maintenance by grading and spraying water on regular basis. Proper signage at all places to avoid any incident speed of vehicle carefully monitored and rout of heavy vehicle was kept away from the public access. All heavy vehicles were inspected for their suitability for site including buses.

Site office-parking zone with reverse parking, fire extinguishers emergency exit and safe access as per municipality standard.

Lay down areas-Diesel filling demarcated route for all vehicle.coz we had one fatality at another projects of ADNOC after investigation it found that the shovel was filled diesel and moving in reverse position and hit the operatives by their back position at head and later on it was declared death. What was found there was no defined route and it was very near to the site office and store. Then it was decided to make a route for HV to come from one and go from other way in forward position.

WASTE MANGMENT-SEGREGATION OF WASTE AND REMOVAL ON REGULAR BASIS AND DISPOSE OF TO APPROVED VENDORS, MONITORING ON REGULAR BASIS TO AVOID FIRE INCINDENT.

Project no:-GTC 04/243/ED, EPIC of common utilities and facilities for liquid product Berth 1A/! B (21/22) topside Ras Laffan. Project Cost:-109 Million Qatari Riyal

Project title: -GTC /, Upgrading of Al wakra pumps facilities, million Gallons.

Project Cost: -65 Million, Completed on Schedule Time. Without any Lost time accident

Project Title: -RFQ-D4777C (2), Onshore Pipeline installation works. Ras Gas Qatar

Main Contractor: -MJ Ray McDermott Middle East Inc.

Project Title:-GTC104/2000/ED, EPIC of 30 Khuff Gas pipe line replacement Dukhan- Umsaeed 120 km. Main Contractor:-Samsung International

Assignment of safety officer at multiple stations along the 30 khuff gas pipe line which was 120 km replacement, spools welding at site and their transportation upto laying down in the trench.

H2S training to all operatives. Permit and gas test.

Excavation and stock of excavated material at site. we had one incident during the offloading of excavated material at site one dumper hit the high voltage cable luckily it was earthling giving no accident or damage only to cable.

Working at remote area was serious matter and hard challenge and we worked all the team and completed the job.

Petrochemical-ethylene pipe line and replacement of cracker was complete at umsaeed in Qatar. Many safety officers was terminated at that project later on my pm asked me to handle and this project, client was technip.and refinery rule and reg were very tough. Every where the sound alarm was ranging in a very dangerous tone and besides there was ethylene storage tank was sprinkled automatically almost every five minutes. The site was challenging for me.

Loading berth21a/21b.actualy this was the project of dolphin energy our our scop was to provide utility band facility .installation of fire hydrant tower fire fiting system electrical substation dg system and bund wall. Lots of welding pipes and spool erection and installation. from refinery to storage tank and from storage tank to loading berth

Installation of loading arm was great experience of mine3 using 450 ton barge mounted crane. Where the loading arm was heavy which fit to the inlet pipe of vessel ship

Also we had experience to work in sea.
