oAccount Manager for Hornblower’s largest sales accounts. Costco, Groupon, and the Military Ticketing Program (MTP.) Grew Market to encompass 12 cities in 7 states.
oInternational Business Development via annual Sales Missions to Mexico, Japan, Korea, and Canada.
oGenerated inbound tourism to San Diego and California markets in collaboration with other industry leaders. Led sales growth, training, relationship development with Travel Partners, and Public Relations Accounts.

Account Collaboration: Developed a community that expanded small local San Diego accounts into corporate national accounts. Overcame obstacles with individual market managers but through market analysis, vertical integration, persuaded all to work together as one unit with the same goals and objectives.
Strategic Development: Grew Costco account by streamlining the product. Each HCE market product is unique, and I created a Gift Card Program that could be streamlined and redeemed for credit in any HCE market on all products. Implemented new booking software to sell digitally and provide growth strategy through API bookings.
Contract Negotiations: Developed new techniques depending on goals, projections, or past performance; including bundling, adding low, hard cost items, to create higher retail values for partners. Leveraged our national corporate portfolio for preferred terms, B2B platform presence, and top seller status.
