Develop and execute global operational plans and tactics to support alignment and integration of work between client groups for $100B publicly traded captive auto finance company employing 10K employees across 27 locations in US and Canada. Lead and coach team of three Vice Presidents and total global HR team of 160 with operating budget of $30M and benefits spend in excess of $80M.
